Ho Chi Minh City opened a tourism festival at its Dam Sen Park on April 20 to mark the city’s 32nd anniversary of liberation day (April 30).


A Thai caravan of 46 tourists, most of them being businessmen, has come on 10 cars and two motors to the three-day festival which includes a fair where 63 tourist agencies from 14 provinces and cities introduce their tourism products and services. Nine airlines, including 8 international ones, are joining the fair.


Visitors will be introduced to Vietnamese gastronomy and special cuisines of Germany, the Republic of Korea, Greece and the US.
