The National Association for the Protection of Disabled People and Orphaned Children announced at a press conference on April 8 that this year’s programme will also include short reports on Vietnamese people with disabilities and orphans who have overcome their difficulties and highlight sponsors who have helped them integrate into the community.

The programme aims to raise public awareness of the legal rights and interests of disabled people and orphans and to honour organisations and individuals involved in charity work.
