A Rolls Royce Phantom worth US$1.54 million (nearly VND25.6 billion including import tax) will be handed over to Le An, who is General Director of the Le Hoang Co, Ltd in southern Ba Ria Vung Tau province, according to a car import company.

This is the second luxurious car Mr An has bought this year. Earlier in February, he bought a Mercedes AMG S63 worth nearly VND6.4 billion.

The Black Rolls Royce Phantom is 6.084 in length, 1.99m in width, 1.634 high and has a 6.749 cubic centimeter cylinder and luxurious interior decoration.
