Vietnam’s largest tulip festival in Vinpearl Nha Trang
VOV.VN - A tulip festival is set to take place from February 8 to March 2 in Vinpearl Nha Trang, aiming to bring a special Tet (Lunar New Year) for all visitors.
The event is expected to be the largest tulip festival in Vietnam, covering an area of more than 1,000 square metres. |
The festival will showcase a wide variety of beautiful tulips in a whole spectrum of bright colours. |
All of the flowers originated in the Netherlands. |
Each colour is associated with a particular meaning. Red tulips are used to symbolize passionate love, orange tulips are enthusiasm and passion, and purple tulips are luxury and wealth. |
The display of hundreds of thousands of tulip flowers represents the lucky and significant wishes that Vinpearl Nha Trang wants to present to tourists for the New Year. |
Vinpearl has invited experts from France’s Marchegay Technologies to Vietnam. With 65 years of experience in designing and building glass houses worldwide, the French experts have created a glass house suitable for use in tropical Vietnam, to provide a perfect environment for tulip cultivation. |
The event is expected to become an annual occasion held in Vinpearl Nha Trang. |
