VOV3 programmes always sign off at midnight every day in Da Nang, while I know it is on around the clock in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and several other localities. How can I listen to VOV3 in Da Nang after midnight?
VOV established relay stations in the three regions across the country and at midnight every day. These stations stop relaying VOV3 prorgamme. Da Nang city is in the central region, therefore it is not an exceptional case.
