The southern province of Dong Nai on April 25 granted licenses to five foreign-invested projects with a total capital of US$1.45 billion.
The projects, including two ecological urban areas construction, a hotel, accommodation and offices complex, and services centre, have brought the total foreign investment in the province to US$1.8 billion so far this year, a six-fold increase over the same period last year and 20 percent higher than its yearly plan.
