Hanoi, HCM City sculptors display works

The Hanoi – Saigon sculpture exhibition, the fourth of its kind, opened in Hanoi on December 12, introducing the latest works by sculptors from the two cities.

On display are 56 exhibits by 28 artisans aged 36-55. They are made of wood, inox, bronze, iron and synthetic materials.

On the occasion, sculptors also attended an exchange to share their professional skills.

The Hanoi-Saigon Sculptors’ Group was founded in 2010 with a view to bringing sculpture art closer to the public.

Previous exhibitions were held at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts, Hanoi University of Culture and Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Association.

The event, taking place at the Hanoi Architectural University, will last till December 22.
