SEA Games 29: Le Tu Chinh wins gold in women’s 100 metres

 Runner Le Tu Chinh bagged a gold medal for Vietnam on August 22 at the ongoing 29th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in Malaysia.

Chinh triumphed the women’s 100 metres within 11:56, while Husniah BT Zulkifli of host Malaysia took the silver medal.


Meanwhile, Bui Thi Xuan earned a silver medal in the women’s javelin throw with a throw of 52.5 metres. Natta Nachan of Thailand won the gold medal while Evalyn Palabrica of the Philippines took the bronze medal.-
