The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Trade Promotion Department will hold a ceremony to launch business and community awards for the first time in June 2009.
The organising board said that it will present three awards – “Businesses for the community”, “Entrepreneurs for the community” and “Products for the community” to nearly 100 enterprises.
The selection of outstanding businesses will be based on criteria such as efficient operation, the fulfillment of business responsibilities in addition to contribution to environmental protection and charity work.
