The Russian Cultural Days will take place in Vietnam for the second time from November 14-22 with the aim of intensifying the traditional ties of cultural cooperation and exchange between the two countries.

The event’s opening ceremony will be held at the Hanoi Opera House on the evening of November 15, according to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

The Russian Cultural Days will be held in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Danang, and will include art performances by 75 Russian artists.

During the event, there will be a week of Russian films screened at the National Cinema Centre in Hanoi, Thang Long cinema in Ho Chi Minh City, and Le Do cinema in Danang, and meetings between famous Russian artists and the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatoire staff and students.

On this occasion, a photo exhibition entitled ‘Moscow, the Victory of May 1945’ will open at a gallery at 29 Hang Bai in Hanoi to display works taken by Soviet and world photographers who captured the historic moments of the Soviet army defeating German fascists.
