Meeting with the visiting delegation from the Supreme Court of Russia led by its tribunal president Lebedev in Hanoi on November 2, Mr Binh lauded the effective cooperation between the Vietnamese and Russian Courts. He said the recent signing of a judicial agreement has raised the level of bilateral cooperation to a new height.

Mr Binh said Vietnam will send judges to learn Russian experience in developing the judicial system.

Mr Lebedev pledged to create favourable conditions of them during their study tours.
