During three days in Dien Bien, from April 22 to 24, students from Phongsaly, Luang Prabang and Oudomxay provinces took part in a sport competition and artistic performances with their local peers. These events, where barriers in language became a minor problem, have also helped participating students to understand more about the two countries’ cultures and customs.
