A Lao official has expressed appreciation to the Vietnamese Government Office for a project to help its counterpart improve operational efficiency and serve the Lao government’s leadership over socio-economic development.
Phetsakhon Louang Aphay, Vice Head of the Lao Government Office, also highlighted on November 24 the assistance that Vietnam has given his office in applying information technology to management and in developing the Lao government portal.
Mr Aphay is heading a delegation from the Lao government office on a working visit to Vietnam.
He was received by Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, who spoke highly of the results of the cooperative agreement between the two countries’ government offices.
