Lao Prime Minister Bouasone Buphavanh has extended his condolences to the families of victims of storm Lekima, which recently devastated the central and northern regions of Vietnam.

In a message sent to Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, the Lao PM expressed his belief that under the leadership of the Party and Government of Vietnam, the victims will soon overcome the aftermath.
