Fifteen-year-old Tran Nam Son may be the next biggest star in Vietnamese tennis as he has recently been training at Cornella International Tennis Centre in Spain, where famous tennis players Carlos Moya, Albert Costa and Rafael Nadal also trained.
Son was one of three players selected by the Prudence Fund and Vietnam Tennis Federation in a talent search last year.
“There are many events in Spain for me to learn and gain more experience from,” said Son.
During his time at the Cornella centre, Son has had a chance to train with the junior Spanish national team. He has also had an opportunity to train with Albert Costa, who has won a Grand Slam event in the past.
