The Vietnamese Dynamic Student Association in New South Wales, Australia (VDS) has held a cultural festival entitled “Village Festival” at the Sydney University of Technology.

The festival attracted many representatives from Vietnamese offices in Sydney and nearly 1,000 Vietnamese and foreign students.

Vietnamese students presented cultural items featuring traditional identity and folk games and introduced Vietnamese food specialities.

Established in 1998, VDS gathered thousands of Vietnamese students who are studying in New South Wales. This is the second time VDS has held the cultural festival with the aim of promoting the image of Vietnam to international friends.
