At a meeting with key leaders of the university, President Triet highlighted its achievements, praised its educational models and discussed other educational issues.

Mr Triet later visited the university’s laboratories, libraries, and talked to students. HCM City University of Industry is one of the country’s largest educational organizations with six training centres nationwide. The university has more than 2,000 staff members including over 200 professors and PhDs as well as 100,000 students.

The university’s current infrastructure has been upgraded in line with international standards.
