The three-day event, co-organised by the VCCI Exhibition Service and the Singapore Exhibition Services Company, has drawn more than 300 businesses from 20 nations and territories around the world. Their stands showcase 10 groups of food, beverage and hotel service products. The highlight of the exhibition is the introduction of modern technologies and services to improve the quality of Vietnamese culinary.

During the exhibition, there will be a forum on franchise with the participation of international experts to help foreign investors in penetrate their potential sector.
