Professional and amateur Vietnamese artists as well as overseas Vietnamese are eligible to take part in the contest.

The posters should reflect the country’s socio-economic achievements over the last five years and commend outstanding party members.

They may also describe how Vietnamese people both at home and overseas feel towards the Communist Party of Vietnam and the forthcoming Party Congress.

The deadline for all entries is July 23. The organising board will award 19 prizes, including a first prize of VND7 million.
