The Vietnam Children’s Fund and the Ha Nam province’s Committee for Population, Family and Children on July 18 opened a training class for provincial children in difficult circumstances.

Thirty children will study motorbike maintenance in six months. All equipment for the class worth 11,000 euros, will be funded by the French Compatriote organisation.

The provincial committee for Population, Family and Children will also co-operate with local enterprises to help children find a job after finishing the class.
