While receiving the new RoK Ambassador in Hanoi on November 27, the Vietnamese PM also said he hopes the RoK government would help teach the Korean language to Vietnamese workers, open more vocational training centres in Vietnam and give more scholarships to Vietnamese students in RoK.

For his part, ambassador Im Hong Jae congratulated Vietnam o non-permanent membership to the UN Security Council for the 2008-2009 term and said it was an honour not only to Vietnam but also to Asian countries.
