State President Nguyen Minh Triet and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on August 8 sent messages of congratulation to their Singaporean counterparts, President S. R. Nathan and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on the occasion of Singapore’s 43rd National Day (August 9).
On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister-cum-Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem sent a congratulatory message to Singaporean Foreign Minister George Yeo.
