Belgium will provide 5 million euros for central Binh Dinh province to improve people’s living standards in rural areas.

The decision was made during an on-going visit by a delegation from Belgium’s General Department of Cooperation Development.

The province has six projects due to receive Belgian support, including a water plant in Phu Cat district, four solid waste treatment plants in An Nhon, Hoai Nhon, Phu My and Tay Son district and a project to upgrade the Hoc Mon reservoir.

The projects are expected to be underway early next year.
