The Russian Commerce Bank will open its branch in Vietnam with initial capital of between US$5-10 million, Bank President Andrey Koxtin said.
The plan is based on proposals to establish a joint venture bank from the Central Bank of Russia and Vietnam.
The bank also plans to open branches in Angola, Singapore, and all common independent states from now to the end of this year.
