The Central Thua Thien-Hue Provincial People’s Committee has decided to establish the Hue Folk Museum in a bid to collect and preserve Hue folk culture objects.

To date, the Ministry of Culture and Information has granted certificates to recognise 26 relics in the former imperial city of Hue and 144 others are in the process of receiving recognition.
