In his speech, Mr Hung praised the Ha Tinh provincial People’s Council’s efforts in addressing local social and economic issues and ensuring the people’s right to mastery.

During the 2004-2011 term, the council made tremendous achievements in boosting socio-economic development and ensuring national defence and security.

The Deputy PM emphasised the need for coordinated efforts to organise the 13^th National Assembly and the People’s Council elections at all levels in a democratic and lawful manner and turn the province into an industrial, trade and service centre in the northern central region.
