Martial artists Nguyen Dinh Toan and Nguyen Minh Tu earned Vietnam’s first gold medal in the mixed doubled event of the 5th WTF World Teakwondo Poomsae Championships in Uzbekistan on October 10.
The Vietnamese team also took 1 silver by Le Anh Minh in men’s individual event and 1 bronze by Nguyen Minh Tu in women’s individual event.
Previously, Toan and Tu also bagged one gold in the same event at the 2010 ITF World Championships.
