International tourists to enjoy entertainment services after midnight

VOV.VN - Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Duc Chung has said that Hanoi entertainment sites might be opened for international tourists after midnight (12am). 

He told the national conference on tourism development held in Hoi An ancient town, central Quang Nam province on August 9.


Mr Chung said currently, all entertainment activities stop after midnight as prescribed by the municipal People’s Committee. This has caused difficulties for many restaurants, cafes, bars, and other entertainment services and disatisfied residents and tourists.

Chung emphasized that Hanoi will consider opening of entertainment activities for international tourists after midnight.

He noted that the capital city will build 1,000 public restrooms, and provide 10 water delivery tankers and 50 public drinking water dispensers in the coming time.

The national conference was chaired by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Deputy Prime Ministers Vu Duc Dam and Vuong Dinh Hue.
