The Guinness Centre has certified and announced six Vietnamese records set following the 2006 Hue Festival.
They comprise: Hue Festival is the first international festival in Vietnam; the Royal Citadel and related construction works in Hue are the most intact in the country; Hue royal ceremonial music is the first intangible heritage recognised by UNESCO; Thien Mu Pagoda – the most ancient and highest octagonal tower in Vietnam; a calligraphic book containing the Luc Van Tien story in poem form is the longest piece of brocade; and the biggest conical hat in Vietnam produced by the Chien Thang company.
