The Kumho Mechanic and Construction Company from the Republic of Korea (RoK) has reached an agreement to build a new urban residential area in Hanoi.
The US$4 billion project was approved in January.
According to the Korean Yonhap New Agency, Kumho signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Urban Development and Investment Company to carry out the project in north-western Hanoi. Each side will contribute half of the total investment capital.
