Thick fog over Saigon makes for treacherous driving

VOV.VN - Thick fog caused by heavy overnight rains made for hazardous driving conditions in Saigon on the morning of May 17, reports the Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting Centre for the Southern Region.

Reports have emerged of motorists driving on national highways 1, 22 and 13 without fog or headlights on.

Police have appealed to the public to use their headlights due to the poor visibility.
