A 2,900-tonne container ship, built to an order from Erria A/S company in Denmark, was launched in Ho Chi Minh City on April 27.
The 80m-long and 13.15m-wide ship worth US$5 million was built by the Sai Gon Shipbuilding Industry Company.
It is the first ship built for export in southern Vietnam so far.
