The Russian Embassy in Vietnam will launch “Russian Cultural Days in Vietnam” in 2007, said Khovaev Igor Anatolevich, Russian Minister-Counselor of the Embassy.

The event will be held annually to enhance mutual understanding and cultural exchanges between the two countries, he added.
