Trang Bang industrial zone (IZ) in southern Tay Ninh province has so far attracted 95 Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) projects worth more than US$270 million.

April alone saw another US$20 million in FDI committed to the industrial park, including US$17 million from two Chinese-invested leather production plants.

73 projects in the zone have been operational so far, providing jobs for more than 16,000 locals.
