CLV tourism and trade fair opens in Binh Phuoc
VOV.VN - The Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam (CLV) Development Triangle Area tourism and trade fair opened in southern Binh Phuoc province on December 16, under the framework of the 11th meeting of the CLV Development Triangle Area joint coordination committee.
The event offered participants a chance to exchange experiences, promote their brands, develop markets, and expand economic ties. It also allowed Binh Phuoc province to show off its potential and advantages for the development of cooperation ties in the future.
Huynh Thi Hang, vice chair of Binh Phuoc provincial People’s Committee, said the event is of economic, political, social, and cultural significance and aims to develop economic, trade, and investment ties throughout the CLV Development Triangle Area, enhance connectivity among businesses and streamline production, trade of goods, and trade and tourism growth in the region.
The CLV Development Triangle Area was established in 1999, consisting of 13 provinces; four in the east of Cambodia, four in the south of Laos, and five in Vietnam.
