The supercup match will take place at Vinh stadium in Nghe An province.

The two teams will compete for 90 minutes and if they draw, they will enter the penalty shoot-outs without any additional halves.

The winners will be awarded VND200 million.

It has become a custom over the past 10 years that Vietnam’s new football season begins with this supercup match.

Song Lam-Nghe An are holding the record in the supercup match series, winning the title three times in a row from 2000 to 2002.
