Twenty-eight young Vietnamese will participate in the 38th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Programme (SSEAYP), which will be held from October 25 to December 16, announced the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee.
Accordingly, the ship will depart from Japan to visit five countries in Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
14 men and 14 women will be carefully selected from outstanding candidates in the fields of communications, public security, army, business, health care, and education and training.
