A specific agreement on budget allocation for “Vietnam-Belgium Training Foundation” project was signed in Hanoi on July 14 by Deputy Minister of Education and Training Tran Van Nhung and Belgian ambassador to Vietnam Phillippe Jopttard.

Under the agreement, the Belgian Government will provide 500,000 Euros in non refundable aid for Vietnam. The partners in charge of implementing the project is the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training and the Belgium Technical Co-operation Agency BTC.

The training project is expected to operate in at least five years.
