Art exhibition features American landscapes

(VOV) -An exhibition featuring 67 oil paintings by Vietnamese American artist Trinh Lu has opened in Hanoi at 31-33 Hang Dong Street.
The works were completed between July and December of 2014 in hisminiature studio-on-a-bicycle in the US city of Milwaukee and the surrounding countryside, which is famous for its lush woods and gorgeous vistas filled withwalking and bike trails.
The exhibition also features the artist’s own stories told in a 170-page diary recently published by Phuong Nam Book and the Vietnam Writers’ Association Publishing House.
It opened on March 1 and runs through March 11.
