“Day or night, wherever I go to, I always feel safe in Vietnam,” Ambassador Cordella told a Vietnam News Agency reporter on the sidelines of the ongoing Vietnam Cultural Month festival, which opened in Rome on June 16.

The ambassador held a photo exhibition of Vietnam during the festival with the aim of increasing the Italian people’s understanding of Vietnam. On display were the photos he took when he was in the Southeast Asian country.

Regarding bilateral relations between Vietnam and Italy, Ambassador Cordella confirmed that the bilateral relationship will be further strengthened and deepened in the future.
Italian businesses also pay special attention to the Vietnamese market, he stated.
