Ho Duc Viet, Politburo member of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee, has been appointed to be chairman of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Organisation.

The appointment was signed by Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh on behalf of the Political Bureau of the 10^th CPV Central Committee.
