Lao President Choumaly Sayasone received 350 delegates from 17 provinces and cities of Laos, who attended the ceremony in Vientiane.

Mr Sayasone, who is also General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, highlighted the significance of the grand anniversary in promoting national pride.

At the Lao National Assembly office, President of the Lao NA Thongsing Thammavong also received 240 delegates of Lao expatriates from around the world.
