Dai-ichi Life Vietnam launches blood donor drive in HCM City

The campaign draws the enthusiastic participation of 430 volunteer blood donors from among Dai-ichi Life Vietnam officials and staff in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces. Around 373 units of blood (111.15l) have been collected which will help save many patients.

This is the 11th consecutive year that Dai-ichi Life Vietnam has undertaken the beneficent program, collecting 3,173 blood units to date.

Over the past 11 years, the insurance company has donated more than VND22 billion to a range of social and charitable programs covering free eye surgery for poor patients, clean water supplies for pupils in remote areas, granting scholarships to poor students with excellent academic records, supporting the victims of floods and natural disasters, and building rural bridges.
