Rain hits Hanoi following prolonged heat wave

VOV.VN - Residents in Hanoi were faced with the inconvenience of heavy rain on the morning of June 24, caused by the recent spell of extreme heat.
After facing over a week of fierce heat, the capital’s residents had to endure a sudden deluge of rain on June 24. |
The rain began at 3am and was particularly heavy at around 9am. Unfortunately for many people, the rain hit as locals were making their morning commute to work. |
