HCM City unveils draft design for 2021 Flower Street

VOV.VN - The administration of Ho Chi Minh City has unveiled their initial draft design for the 18th version of the Nguyen Hue Flower Street, an annual event that is held to celebrate the Lunar New Year, known locally as Tet.

With the 2021 Lunar New Year ushering in the Year of Buffalo, the vast majority of the concepts and decorations for the upcoming event will focus on models of buffalos.
